Spirited Dragon's Return Policy

Instead of returning or exchanging items, you can contact us: help@spiriteddragon.com for a full refund or item exchange. Why? Returns and exchanges run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return/exchange has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, make sure to send us a photographic proof of the issue, and if approved we'll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

Refund / Exchange Eligibility
Most of our items are eligible for a refund or exchange within our 30-day return policy. You qualify if your product is faulty, damaged, or were sent the wrong size. Please provide us with a photo in your claim to us for a refund or item exchange within 30 days of receiving it. 

  • To be eligible, the item must be faulty, damaged, or a different size from your original order.
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded.  
  • Buyers remorse is not an eligible reason for a refund.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Marked As Delivered But Didn't Receive Order
If your order has been marked as delivered but you haven't received your package we suggest waiting a couple more days. USPS could be trying to meet delivery quotas and your package will arrive in the next two to three days (maybe even longer during holidays). Another thing you can do is check with your neighbors to see if maybe it was delivered to them instead.

We will not replace or refund packages that have been marked as delivered. Please instead work with your postal carrier and they can help you investigate this issue further.

Before you send your return or exchange claim to us please double check that you've attached photographic proof of the faulty, damaged, or incorrect size of your original order. Provide us with your order confirmation number in your claim and whether you would prefer a return or exchange.
